These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Near Me website at near-me.toptrendingtoday.com and all related tools, content, and services (collectively, the "Service") operated by TopTrendingToday ("we", "us", "our").

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are under 18, you must have parental permission.

02The Service

Near Me provides free, web-based GPS-powered location finder tools that help you discover places near your current location, including (but not limited to):

• ATM Near Me
• Hospital Near Me
• Airport Near Me
• Dentist Near Me
• Pharmacy Near Me
• Police Station Near Me
• Bus Stop Near Me
• Railway Station Near Me
• Future tools as we add them

The Service uses your device's GPS and OpenStreetMap data to surface results. The Service is provided free of charge and supported by display advertising.

03Acceptable use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You agree NOT to:

• Use the Service in any way that violates applicable laws.
• Attempt to access non-public areas of the Service or our infrastructure.
• Probe, scan, or test vulnerabilities of the Service.
• Use bots, scrapers, or automated tools to access the Service at high volume.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers connected to it.
• Use the Service to stalk, harass, harm, or threaten others.
• Reverse-engineer or attempt to extract source code (beyond viewing publicly served HTML/CSS/JS).
• Use the Service to compete with us or build a derivative service.
• Misrepresent the Service or its data as your own.
• Disable or interfere with security features.

We reserve the right to block IP addresses or restrict access if we detect abuse.

04Emergency disclaimer

05Data accuracy

Our tools use OpenStreetMap, a community-maintained global mapping database. While OpenStreetMap is highly accurate and used by major organizations including Apple, Microsoft, Amazon, and emergency services, it is not perfect. Specifically:

• Hours may be outdated: A 24-hour pharmacy might have changed hours.
• Locations may have closed: Businesses close without immediate map updates.
• Phone numbers may be wrong: Numbers change over time.
• New locations may be missing: Recently opened places may not yet be mapped.
• Address data varies: Some places have detailed addresses, others minimal.

For critical needs (emergency rooms, late-night pharmacies, urgent appointments), always call ahead or check the official website before traveling. We display data as accurately as OpenStreetMap allows, but we cannot guarantee real-time accuracy.

06Location services

Our tools require GPS access to function. By clicking "Use my location" you authorize your browser to share your GPS coordinates with the running tool. As detailed in our Privacy Policy, your location data:

• Stays on your device throughout the session.
• Is sent only to OpenStreetMap servers to fetch nearby data.
• Is never logged, stored, or transmitted to our servers.
• Can be revoked at any time via browser settings.

If you do not grant location access, our tools cannot determine your position and cannot find places near you.

07Third-party content and links

Our tools display data from OpenStreetMap and link to external services like Google Maps for directions. These third parties have their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for:

• Accuracy of OpenStreetMap data.
• Availability of Google Maps directions.
• Content of third-party websites we link to.
• Privacy practices of third-party services.

Click-through to third-party sites is at your own risk. Review their terms before using their services.

08Intellectual property

Our content

The Service design, layout, written content, graphics, and original code are owned by TopTrendingToday and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may:

• View and use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes.
• Share links to our pages on social media.
• Quote brief sections with attribution and a link back.

You may NOT:

• Copy and republish entire pages or tools.
• Remove our copyright notices or branding.
• Frame or embed our pages within your site without permission.
• Use our content for AI training without permission.

OpenStreetMap data

Map data displayed in our tools is from OpenStreetMap and is licensed under the Open Database License (ODbL). See OpenStreetMap copyright for full terms.

DMCA copyright complaints

If you believe content on our Service infringes your copyright, contact legal@toptrendingtoday.com with details of the alleged infringement.

09Advertising

Our Service is supported by display advertising, primarily through Google AdSense. By using the Service, you acknowledge:

• You will see ads alongside tool results.
• Ad content is selected by Google AdSense, not by us.
• We do not endorse advertised products or services.
• We are not responsible for ad content quality or accuracy.
• Ad blockers are permitted but reduce our ability to maintain free service.

11Limitation of liability

13Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms. Upon termination:

14Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through:

• If unresolved, binding arbitration or courts of competent jurisdiction in India.

For users in jurisdictions that grant non-waivable rights (such as the EU and certain US states), local mandatory laws apply where applicable.

15Changes to these terms
